We respect the basic law for intimacy and privacy of all people, as it has been established in the international conventions. Thus, we are only allowed to obtain and keep certain information that is very concise and totally anonymous about the visitors to our web site and this with the sole purpose of improving our service. We do not store any unauthorized personal data through any technological means that may enable us to identify any visitor to our site.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Individual reservations: Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival during low season and 15 days prior to arrival during high season to become effective. No cancellations will be accepted outside these time periods.
Group reservations (more than one room): 15 days prior to arrival during low season and 21 days prior to arrival during high season. No cancellations will be accepted outside these time periods.
Guarantee
A valid credit card with its corresponding expiration date are required to guarantee your reservation. Hotel Villa Lapas will not be held responsible for any fraud attempts on this respect.
No Shows Policy
In case of no shows, your credit card on file will be charged the fees of one (1) night plus applicable taxes.
