Follow Coastal Highway southeast toward Orotina.  Before Orotina, following the sings to Jaco, turn south. And follow the road for 17mk/ 10.5 mi.  Entrance to Villa Lapas Hotel is located past the Tárcoles river 4km /2.5mi to the left 600 m / 2000 feet.
